How Our Dumpster Rentals Work

Choose Your Dumpster Size & Type
- Select the dumpster size you need and choose the correct waste type (MSW or C&D).
- Once selected, complete our booking form on the website or call us to schedule your rental.
After all details are confirmed, a - - $100 deposit and a signed dumpster rental agreement are required.

Delivery & Placement Requirements
- Please ensure the delivery area is ready before your scheduled drop-off.

Approx. 15–20 ft of overhead clearance (no wires or low branches)
-
Minimum 8 ft of clear access width
-
No vehicles or obstructions in the drop-off area
- If the area is not accessible upon arrival, a trip fee may apply and delivery may be rescheduled.

Rental Period & Loading Rules
- Standard rental includes up to 7 days.
- Additional rental time is $30 per day, automatically applied after day 7.
- Please review our list of prohibited items before loading.
- Do not load debris above the top edge of the dumpster
- Materials must be loaded evenly and level for safe transport
- Dumpsters that are overloaded or improperly loaded may result in additional fees.

Pickup & Disposal Process
- Once the dumpster is full or you are ready for it to be picked up just give us a call.
- A clear and accessible path to the dumpster is required on pickup day.
- Please ensure there are no vehicles, equipment, debris, gates, or obstructions blocking access.
- If the dumpster cannot be accessed upon arrival, a dry run pickup will result in a charge.​

If you’re unsure what materials you’re disposing of, contact us before delivery. Certain items cannot be mixed and may result in additional fees.

When loading heavy or dense materials, choosing the correct dumpster size is important to avoid exceeding weight limits.

Once loading is complete, ensure clear access to the dumpster for pickup to avoid trip charges.

Dumpsters are placed on wheels or rollers and may leave minor surface marks. Let us know if you have concerns about placement before delivery.
